I feel a little guilty today for falling off the band wagon and bingeing yesterday. I couldn't help it, I needed to eat those saltine crackers so I'd feel better, but now I just feel bad. I didn't eat breakfast, b/c I didn't get hungry until around 11:00. Don't get me wrong, I'm not going to start in with the negative self-talk/bashing/anger/flip outs that I normally do. I'm getting right back on...
