alternative to revlon colorstay?

What is your favorite waterproof drugstore eyeliner? Other than Revlon Colorstay. I use it in black and I love it to death but whenever I go to the store, no matter where or when I go, black is literally always sold out. I've been using the washable version for the past month or so, but now I'm finding that it's always sold out, too! :/ extremely annoying. I need eyelinerrr!
