... really well breakfast: half a wetabix 30cal lunch: :/ snack: carrot 32cal 60 cal. and i exersised about 300 so this is aweseome. I haven't had dinner yet but i'm anly goin to have a tiny bit to make sure i definately don't go over 200 cal, if that happens i dont know what i will do. 2468 do tommorow is 400 cals.
