DAY 4 OF ABC

 && all goes well so far (= i have lost 4.4 lbs. :D so this is good. i've been doing the ABC but with a few less cals. i hope that doesn't ruin the outcome somehow.  my first few days i was going strong, but today has been a little harder. does anyone have any words of wisdom / encouragement? i'd LOVE them :D today's consumption: 12 wheat cereal things - 100 cals little less than 1/3 cup of ...

hour 22.   i'm so so so happy. i had an amazing day, with 0 cals ! i wanna be 125 by wednesday. hope i can do it. i'm currently 130. i'll probably have dropped 2lbs by tomorrow morning (hopefully) and then i have two days to get down to 125. suuuupppeerrr happy ! :D think thin girls ♥
