I'm down 2 pounds since yesterday. I'm now 119. Hoping to be at least 105 by July 28, if not less. It would be amazing to be 100 by then. Yesterday I had: an egg a light&fit yogurt zucchini w. tomatoes and tofu  an apple ...and I burned 300 calories on the elliptical. So my total for the day was 150.
