Question about how to stop yourself from checking and rechecking..

... at least three or four times. Making sure everything is perfect. It's really messing with my OCD something fierce. I guess I'll have a lot to do next month. Then I can post the final draft wherever it gets posted. So, my question is, how do you stop yourself from going back and checking/correcting your work? It's driving me crazy almost to the point of obsession. Any help is appreciated....

You have to kind of make yourself yawn, but then sort of swallow it?
