Before level sync, I intentionally deleveled characters down to the low 50s to let other jobs leech. I guess I could still do that, but it actually takes about 30 minutes in the 50s to delevel all the xp I gained in a 3 hour session....

Hokay, so far I've had two forays into Level sync, one as the partes tank, deleveled almost 30 levels to be in a mid 20s party, and one adding a 75 whm to the 62 static I'm in, replaceing the 60 whm that constantly show up late or not at all, plays maybe 30 min, then goes linkdead.
