Only finding thus far: I did not stop breathing enough during the first few hours to warrant a CPAP machine for the rest of the night. Hard to know whether that's good news or not . . .

another wasted day

i thought i was doing pretty good, getting up twice last night, so i figured that i'd be up at a reasonable hour today.  wrong!!  i ..., i'm going to ask about switching to just the immediate release type. my cpap machine is now increased from 4 to 10 units pressure.  their rep came by today to make the adjustment.  hopefully that will also help me to sleep through the night better.
