HELP!! I'm running Vista and I have two failed downloads that have 0 bites that I cannotdownload. Every time I try, I get "cannot be found..." errors. I've tried everything on this thread , including the command prompt. The file name is big and long and has lost of capital letters and spaces and dashes and square brackets and curly brackets... This is the first time this has ever happened to me. I updated the BIOS and the computer wouldn't reboot. Called support, they said to pull the chip, and send it to them, they'd reflash it, and send it back. Tyan, the manufacturer, is in California. I'm probably looking at a week and a half of downtime.
