After a couple of weeks of NOTHING, I laced the shoes back up and went for an easy 2 mile jog and noticed around half of the way I started tasting blood. I noticed it, realized that was strange and just kept on going, came back, took a shower, and I feel fine, if a little weirded out. It was 40 degrees F out there.
