I forgot to post yesterday. Oops! I weighed in though, and I'm happy to say that I maintained my weight from 2 weeks ago. Quite an accomplishment considering the banquet we had for Thanksgiving. I'm still munching on the leftovers. Right now, I think my goal may be to make it through Christmas without gaining any more, though losing some would be nice. How are all of you doing?

Today, December 4th 2009, was the very first day since I adopted Benji on Anzac Day (April 25) that he went outside by himself because I told him to. I am stunned.
