what part of sold out is confusing?

...we all have been getting this alot but seriously when someone calls and you say SOLD OUT and they say "even for regular customers"..don't want to reach through the phone and punch them? so for exactly 24 minutes in to my shift it has been silent, and now calls are coming in...then they ask, well you have no cancelations...lady listen if that was the case they would of had to do that YESTERDAY!
