hello all. i'm trying to connect my dv camcorder to the macbook via the dv-firewire cable, into imovie to be precise. i've done it before and it worked perfectly before but today it won't (or can't) see the dv cam when the dv cam is in 'vcr' mode. the cam did appear in imovie once when i switched the dv cam to record, effectively turning the dv cam into a glorified webcam but that's not working ...
