... on a larger purchase, I might have cared. But your $10 book and your attitude isn't worth it. The longer you're here, the longer I have to be here! "we're closed" doesn't mean keep browsing since you're already in here... Take your time. It means please finish and leave our store. I'm sure there have been worse closing customers, but like I said, I don't deal with them often and this guy baffled...

Owl-y!

... was partly influenced by Kristen's owl guy on Blue Zon chapter 3.  This is done entirely with watercolor (+ watercolor crayon), and there is no pencil drawing involved. I wanted to be little gusty. Direct link I was browsing through owl photos earlier, and MAN they are adorable. This has nothing to do with art, but this video is so cute... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3iMPrwsh9fM

... of yesterday's commute home, I finished book #52 for the year; a collection of Margaret Atwood's selected poems(1966-1974). Her poetry is layered and cryptic with recurring images and dark themes. Browsing thru the ongoing booksale at Charlotte's main library yesterday I picked another book of poetry, this one by Eve Merriam titled 'Embracing the Dark'. My to-be-read stack has nearly two dozen ...

Run for it, Marty!

...ve looked at thus far just narrow the location down to United Kingdom. Some think it's from Northamptonshire, which it is not. So then, how is it that I got some very targeted advertising when browsing last night? According to an advertisement, there were two "attractive" ladies "waiting for me", in my very village! Now I know this to be a lie, since firstly there are no attractive ladies in...

your food will kill you (this is actually about sex, death, and desire)

...add). The goal is to get the most out of my food out of a meal that will cost less then $2.50. But this led me to doing a bit of research and a lot of senseless browsing on the “nutritionfacts” website. I highly recommend visiting the site, it’s level of meticulousness is utterly obscene. You find out that a grapefruit from California and Florida, have almost nothing in common. Then you can find...

vocaloid

Hi guys :) This past week I've been browsing NicoNico, trying to find some interesting doujin singer Vocaloid songs but I didn't really have any luck. And being the non-Japanese speaker that I am, I got lost in the site, lol. So, my question is: Is there possibly a site or something like that which has a database of all the doujin singers with their mylists attached or something? I'm really dying ...

Electronic Books

...all these questions that I can go to and leave you all alone? Actually, while we're at it, what do you all think about e-books generally? Are you for them, or are you all about the feel of book, browsing through bookstores? Personally, I'm a bit of both. I'll never stop buying physical books (and I hope no one else does - I work in a bookshop) but I can't deny the convenience of the e-book. If ...

He was never really one to like hip hop, but he had read a recommendation for a group while he was browsing online for music, being open to try anything and collected a few of their songs. And before he knew it, he had pretty much all of their released music. He had listened to all of it, putting his ...
