getting the ball rolling?

Because no one else seems to be stepping forward. ^^;; This is my extrememly shoddy bookcase, im in the process of designing a floor to ceiling bookcase, but until then this is where i stack my mess. I dont really have a method or anything when it comes to buying books, just covers/titles that catch my eye and/or authors thaat ive previously read and enjoyed. Bonus comic&manga bookcase...

Well this is a whole lotta brain vomit.....

I had to clean my basement, which was lame but I discovered a few things that were pretty neat..... 1. An old clay head that my Grand Dad (who was a really spiffy artist) made....I took it upstairs and put it on my bookcase 2. I have an air hockey table!!!!...I completely forgot that I owned one. 3. Bookcase is done, but it's in a different place now than the last picture that went to twitpic. Put the papasan next to it as well as just the chair of an old computer chair that we use as a rolly footrest now. From further away, that's the edge of the bar part of the kitchen counter on the right. Books being sorted and put in. I'm pretty sure we've a lot more books than will fit in...
