The free yoga hour was embarrassing and lovely. It was HARD. Easy things were hard. Why does New Years Eve make me so sad? Is it really just the years and years and years of being single and ringing the NY in by myself, that has imprinted this feeling as a default? I really want to just pull the covers over my head instead.

Christmas blahs

I keep overdrafting my debit account, which doesn't make sense, and it makes me feel frustrated with myself. I've had a touch of stomach flu today and I'm just now feeling better after being on the couch all day.
