Bike help

... to cruiser bars, add fenders and a rear rack. I may need to get smaller tires for the fenders and rack so thats not my immediate need. What I'd like to find right now is a place that has people who know bikes and are willing to help out someone who wants to do the work themselves. I've emailed and called a few places online (Bikery, Bikeworks etc... ) but haven't heard back. I'm impatient.
