Свотчи теней на руке Чёрный на самом деле куда темнее- неважно лёг отблеск от окна. Не самые аккуратные и лестные свотчи, но!!! именно этот "грязный" эффект они могут дать, если...если у вас как у меня - сколько ни собирай- танк получается. salt water flush didnt work... lol raggin! any tips on it because i was nearly sick and i just want to do it so bad and feel great! so far so good! one slice of brown bread toast, no butter 86cals thats it! and thatl b all!! ive made a new target goal for next monday and thats 108! only 4 pounds but if i get it ill be so happy :) good lucky lovelies :) xx

Learning to control your diet, it is such a tough object to overcome. I think im finally learning. I'm sticking to my usual 300 Cals today. Ive had around 100 already.
