really.... they are liable for this?

The gist of it is that a player was hit in the head with a baseball after the ball was hit by an aluminum bat. The suit claims the baseball bat was dangerous and made the ball move too fast not giving him time enough to react and move and not get hit in the head. So I was bidding on this bat... an antique "Winner League 80" baseball bat that looked frickin' awesome and was only $15 (pre-shipping). Down to five seconds... and I lost the goddamn auction. I mean, I really wanted a Hillerich & Bradsby (Louisville Slugger), but found this gem on another site for ... you're thinking about why I want an old bat, you're right. And I'm a dork.
