A day filled with three days worth of stuff!

...SO many things that were way cheaper than at the supermarket a block away. I picked up two pates and two styles of crackers for the party next weekend. And lots of yummy food for me too (can you say avocadoes?). Well, we struggled home with our purchases along with the dying sun. When I got in, I had about 20 minutes before Brian was supposed to show up. So I had a bit of time to catch my breath....

A quetzal at Monteverde. So brilliant and beautiful, and our guide spent most of the morning trying to find one, whistling low calls whenever she found wild avocadoes on the ground.
