There has to be a way to help someone, even if they live in another country, right? A young friend in the US has mentioned the abuse in his home, by both his mom and stepfather, on his facebook. There has to be a way of reporting this to his local authorities, right? Do I just contact the child services in his hometown and give them what little info I have?
