I'm a shift supervisor over 5 security officers. Lately things have been getting out of hand. How do I get them to start to "respeck muh AUTHORITAY"?

I am a shift supervisor and seem to have lost the respect of my minions. How do I get them to "respekt muh authoritay"?

If in the future I get crap from anyone like that, I'll just pull a Cartman and tell him to Respect Mai Authoritay! Or not. But at any rate, I got the physical done, got my blood drawn, spoke with a very nice doctor and Air Force rep, and got out of there by 9am. And tomorrow...the zoo!
