...do not wish to be put on hold and hungup on again, as this is getting rather frustrating, she appoligised for my inconveniance and said that she would put me through to her manager immediately. NOW, this guy,... now contact me within 10 days, as to how this has been so fucking fumbled, its rediculous. He appoligised, and put a hold on the account, so it would not be dissconected, and no futher bills ...
