Running out of Adderall Xr

So I started Adderall XR not too long ago, and it helped SO much. my doctor prescribed the 10mg, but when I told her that it doesn't do much at all, she told me that on certain days I could take 20mg, and even up to 30 mg, and then some days I dont need it not to take it.(because she has to wait a month to prescribe another script) I am running into a problem though because I've got this whole ...
