Constent Liar

... the main probelm with that is that i back up my lie so much that it becomes completely convinable and i even start thinking that it actually happened. I need to stop. But it feels like everytime i say that... i'm going to never lie again... it just happens. Like my mind actomatically says that. Then when i get asked about it i back it up so much that it's just crazy.  I just don't know....
