I'm considering going to Spain this summer but I'm not sure about this "host family" thing. Have any of y'all lived with a host family? What was it like, did it suck, etc? I just don't wanna lose my independence or anything. Thanks!

I want to do a study abroad class this summer--it's been a HUGE thing for me since I found out about the opportunity to do so through this program.
