Weigh in time

... just what I need to get that boost happening and get back on track. I haven't gone far off track, maybe an extra point or 2 a day but just enough to slow things down to a crawl so time to reassess and get back into it. The leader was amazed that I'd managed to lose nearly 17kgs on my own and made me tell my story to the group hehehe! Weight today: 76.4 kgs = 800g loss =16.9kgs gone, 21.4 to go!

...'m not in a happy mood today. Must admit I am a bit happy though, from the end of September to now I have lost over 2kgs (4.4lbs) and about 5 or 6cms from around my body. All this while having a real shitty diet in Canada and quite a bit of junk food. I'm happy with that. I'd like to lose another 8 or 9kgs but there's going to be a hell doing that as it took me so long to get rid of the other 6.

... session and there was no way I was bothering to get weighed on the gyms ones as they are about 5kgs out! SOOOOOO..... I lost 1.2kgs, yes a whole sack of potatoes!!!! in 2 weeks.
