Almost died pushing 13.7km on e cycling machine today in 20min. Yea I'm still rather out-of-shape with the 6-month hiatus from any thing more strenuous than subsistence physical activity. Just had e shower and damn, feels good to have gone out and done something. Rather than rot at home and stare at one screen after another. ... not at all guilty now even after eating so much cause i went for a workout with my cousins again. Healthy lifestyle, i like :D So we gymed, and i did the treadmill for about 1.7km and am very contented about burning the calories ^^ Furthermore, we made full use of the facilities and challenged each other table tennis and badminton all the way till 1030pm. ... avaimen eli en saanut pyörää x) nooh aattelin et ei haittaa voihan sitä kävellä joten kävelin. Keski yllättävän vähän aikaa :o päädyin sit kävelee tunnin ympäriinsä.
