.../1.4, 40/2, 58/1.4 and the D300 with 16-85VR and 10-20, that's $3000-3200. The other lenses and bodies are probably about $1k inclusive at best). That could get me a pair of LX's for $5-600US, A K20D for $800, 31 Limited ($850), 77 Limited ($650), FA 50/1.4 ($220), some 135mm ($150 or so) and maybe some left over. I'd be relying on my Tamron Adaptall kit for some important stuff. Next option is ...
