Solving time on the day (estimate): 9 minutes As expected, this and the next two Wednesdays will replay the drama of the first Preliminary at Cheltenham. For this one, I can remember the solving process relatively well - can't promise the same for the other two, as I forgot to keep a fresh copy of these puzzles.
