... my computer to do work (make tests, create powerpoints, schedule lesson plans) and i do get work done..but then i get carried away by doing other stuff...and i end up being at the computer for 10000000000 hours and feeling depressed and sick for staring at the monitor forever. anyway..so yesterday, i just felt mad at the computer...mad that it saps so much of my time... so i didn't even turn it...

going out to eat with the family. an EDs nightmare

... party. i ate a piece of pizza and a little cake at her party but resisted everything else, i wanted to bigne so bad because thats NOT SAFE FOOD for me, and omg the pizza must have had 10000000000 calories in it. and later i had a few pieces of candy (sour patch) anyway, after the long ass party we went out to dinner and i was surprisingly hungry but still super anxious about the calories of lunch...
