Winter Season - Haken no Hinkaku
B'coz of this show I fully understand what is Haken and life of Haken (to a certain extent). Before I watch the show, I thought 派遣員 is some delivery job or what. lol. So 無知. And I can relate to it b'coz， I guess, I was once a Haken too.

Spring Season - Proposal Daisakusen
Well, not much a choice. And I really enjoy it when it goes to epi3 ~ epi6 like that. Looking forward to the SP :) (And.. YUTA!) And frankly speaking, I quite like the open ending. I guess I won't like it if Yamapi replaces 藤木直人 in the last epi. lol.

Summer Season - Hotaru no Hikari
I choose this show b'coz as the last series of  'OL三部曲' this show make me go back to watch anego in which I start to know about 篠原涼子 and watch Jin for the first time. And that leads to why in the end I watch haken and loving it. lol.

Autumn Season - Hataraki Man
Yeah I know the show hasn't ended and may be the ending will be really sucky or something. But this is the only show this season that I can connect to. I think I just love 職場劇 and some epi really made me reflect upon the issues raised in that epi. I like it's balance b/w hiroko's work & love life, and it make the show, erm, more real (except the first epi when it looks really manga). So yeah, although I don't really have any show that I particularly love this season, Hataraki Man is one that I kinda preferred.
